Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your Network2Build account and all personal data we hold about you. This page explains what data we store, how to submit a deletion request, and what to expect after you do.
What data we hold
Depending on how you use Network2Build, we may hold the following personal data associated with your account:
- Account credentials (email address, hashed password, OAuth provider tokens)
- Profile information (name, photo, bio, trade specialties, location)
- Company profile and team membership records
- Project postings and bid submissions
- Messages and direct conversation threads
- Reviews and ratings you gave or received
- Contractor qualification documents (business license, insurance, GC license)
- Forum posts, comments, and reactions
- Marketplace listings
- Notification history
- Analytics events and session logs
- OAuth-linked social account identifiers (Google, Facebook)
Option 1 — Delete your account yourself
If you are signed in, you can delete your account directly from your account settings. This immediately removes your profile, bids, messages, and all associated personal data.

If you no longer have access to your account, or if you signed in via Google or Facebook and cannot access settings, email us directly. Include the information below so we can locate and verify your account.
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request — Network2Build"
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name as it appears on your profile
- The sign-in method you used (email/password, Google, or Facebook)
- Any company name linked to your account (if applicable)
What happens after your request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
Once verified, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction records for tax compliance, fraud prevention logs, or anonymized aggregate analytics. Retained data will not be used to identify or contact you.
